Cancellations

Cancellations made without 22 hr. advance notice will be charged 75% of the service fee. No-show, or cancellations made without notice or within two hours of the appointment time will be charged 100% of the service fee. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment so we can let other folks know that are on our waiting list and need a massage! If we can fill your spot in time, you will not be charged for the service.

Feeling Sick?

If you are experiencing symptoms from contagious conditions we ask that you reschedule your appointment. Examples of contagious conditions include: cold, flu, COVID-19, and viral skin conditions, etc. Symptoms may include: runny nose, fever, diarrhea, nausea, coughing, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell, rash, or lesions, If you are experiencing symptoms 48 hours prior to your appointment, let us know so we can reschedule your appointment. If you have any questions, reach out to your practitioner directly.

Courtesy Masking

Consider courtesy masking if you have allergies or come in contact with someone who has exhibited illness symptoms in the last 48 hrs. We are no longer wearing masks in the clinic, but we are happy to wear a mask during treatment if you would like us to - just let us know!

We are a trauma informed practice and treat every person with the courtesy and respect they deserve. We provide a safe space for our patients and LGBQT+, BIPOC, Body Positive, and Neurodivergent communities.

Insurance Policies

Billing insurance does not guarantee payment by the insurance company. Patient is responsible for any fees unpaid or not covered by the insurance company.

We verify insurance as a courtesy to our patients. Verification of benefits by, Canopy Clinic PDX, does not guarantee payment by the insurance company, and any fees accrued and unpaid by the insurance company are the responsibility of the patient.

Payment Policies

Payment is due at time of service. We accept cash but do not keep large amounts on hand. We accept all major credit cards, debit, apple pay, and google pay. We do not accept checks.

We Reserve The Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to deny initial bookings, terminate, and discontinue service without explanation. The patient is responsible for the fee accrued during the time allotted for the appointment.
