Brenda Wilson, LMT (She/Her)

Brenda Wilson, LMT, is a certified Orthopedic Massage Therapist and holistic health practitioner with over 20 years of experience. She integrates a variety of techniques, including Orthopedic Sports Massage, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Structural Integration, Kinesiotaping, Cupping, and Myofascial Release, to address pain, injuries, and movement restrictions.

Brenda specializes in orthopedic and corrective bodywork, a precise approach to treating sports injuries, motor vehicle accidents, and chronic pain. Seeking more effective solutions for her clients, she trained under Dr. Ben Benjamin, a renowned sports medicine PhD, whose methods are based on Dr. James Cyriax, the father of Orthopedic Medicine. She is the only practitioner in Oregon to hold this specific certification, and her expertise has been sought by professional, collegiate, and Olympic athletes.

In addition to her orthopedic work, Brenda offers relaxation therapy to help reduce cortisol levels, relieve stress, and balance the nervous system. Her approach is rooted in the belief that healing is both structural and energetic, and she takes the time to listen attentively to her clients. Brenda’s treatments are customized to support each individual's needs, helping them find relief from pain and restrictions so they can feel empowered in their body.

Outside of her practice, Brenda enjoys creative writing, watercolor painting, and exploring Oregon’s waterfalls and wildflowers. She also shares her home with her beloved cat, Bella, a black "purrl" who adores belly rubs.
