Insurance & Billing (PIP Coverage)

Acupuncture for auto accident recovery is covered directly by auto insurance under Personal Injury Protection (PIP) plans. We will bill directly to the car insurance company.

If you’re unsure about your coverage, don’t worry, we’ll reach out to your adjuster and confirm the details for you.

Getting Started with Treatment

  1. Schedule your first acupuncture appointment under MVA Acupuncture.

  2. Complete your MVA Intake Form (sent once your appointment is scheduled).

Note: A prescription is not needed for acupuncture, only for massage therapy with an LMT.

You’ll receive an intake form by email specifically for motor vehicle accident treatment once you schedule your appointment. Please complete it fully and include your auto insurance information as early as possible. This allows us to connect directly with your claims adjuster so we can confirm the claim and manage billing details for you.
