Massage therapy for auto accident recovery is covered by auto insurance under Personal Injury Protection (PIP) plans. With your intake form and prescription, we can bill directly to the insurance company.

Getting Started with Treatment
Obtain a prescription for massage therapy from your doctor.
Schedule your first massage therapy appointment under MVA Massage.
Complete your MVA Intake Form (sent once your appointment is scheduled).
Your doctor’s office can send us the completed prescription by fax or email. Patients may also upload it directly to their patient profile or bring a copy in person.
Prescription for Massage Therapy
A prescription is required before your first appointment.
Who can issue a prescription: Doctors such as: PCP, ND, DC, DO
Who cannot issue prescriptions: Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs)
A valid prescription must include:
Diagnosis codes
Number of treatments
Duration of treatment

MVA Intake Form
You’ll receive an intake form by email specifically for motor vehicle accident treatment once you schedule your appointment. Please complete it fully and include your auto insurance information as early as possible. This allows us to connect directly with your claims adjuster so we can confirm the claim and manage billing details for you.
